<p>I absolutely did not want to commit to a long lease whilst developing my company as I was still not totally convinced of the longevity or the best location for it, therefore the virtual office space I rented fitted the bill perfectly as it removed any potential anxiety that I may have had relating to a commitment to a long term, conventional style lease.</p>
<p>It was also absolutely essential for me to have a prestigious business address from which to run my operation, as I was perfectly aware that in my particular industry this would prove to be vitally important. My virtual office address ticked every box and was in a geographical location that I most definitely could otherwise not have afforded.</p>
<p>The other godsend for me was that it also provided me with extremely professional staff who were reliably at hand, and who conveniently dealt with my calls, took all my messages and basically acted as my secretary. This was perfect for me as whilst I needed the convenience of a secretary and somebody to answer the phone, I did not want the regular expense of employing somebody specifically for that role.</p>
<p>If a company is established or requires many people daily to run it successfully, that is a different story, but many people are testing a new market or perhaps a particular location, therefore virtual offices are an excellent way to dip your toe into a new market or a location before committing to a more expensive long-term traditional office space.</p>
<p>The other really great aspect is that when I needed to hold a conference or a meeting, professional, well equipped rooms specifically geared for this were always available and very easily booked. In fact, the standard of meeting rooms provided at my virtual office was higher than that of the meeting rooms I had access to when a previous business was located in a conventional rental.</p>
<p>As I stated earlier, a virtual office will definitely not suit every business, but they most definitely suited mine at the time. No doubt numerous other companies requiring the same type of facilities at the same reduced price will no doubt be looking to rent a virtual office space. I would certainly recommend this type of office to any businesses considering office rental. It will provide your business with the same excellent facilities that it did for me, at an affordable price.</p>
